Default Spark Plug Gap?

I am installing a 6 to 1 Cylinder Head on my inserted engine. What is the best gap to set the spark plugs? Leave them at .035 or set them with a larger or a smaller gap?

Champion 3X Spark Plug Gap
.035" (A6050A cylinder head),
.030" (B6050 cylinder head),
.025" (A6050B cylinder head)
