Round speedometer recalibrating
One of my "A's" with a round speedometer works fine but reads 45 when I'm only going approximately 35 mph. Is there some way to recalibrate rather than send it off and get it rebuilt?

Re: Round speedometer recalibrating
Have you checked the odometer for accuracy on a measured mile ?If it is accurate the problem would be in the speedometer. If it is also reading high,(more than a mile),you may look into installing a larger speedometer drive gear to slow it down.

Do you have the correct size tires/wheels on it? That will also throw it off. Good Luck

Re: Round speedometer recalibrating
I've got the right size tires and wheels but I haven't checked the odometer. I'll do that.
