That's an extremely rare piece of period literature.

Right hand drive vehicle production of the period is often thought of in a Canadian export, United Kingdom and Australian context. But, in fact, a significant number of RHD vehicles were built in the U.S. for export to non-British Commonwealth countries. Japan was one of four notable examples (the others being Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay).

Maybe you can just ask the question. The Barn is full of experts ( I’m not one of them, I just buy )!

I now remember this article was on Face book, that this U.S.A person went to Japan and walked into a bookstore at Japan and seen this 1932 Parts book and bought it straight away. I did not know that there were any 1932 Ford models exported to Japan and some of these countries, were they built up or was a certain amount of assembly work done on them or did they have plants at these countries . Where these vehicles shipped from Canada or North America.
It would be nice to find some of these books on Fords from these countries.

The manufacturing source of the vehicles sold in Japan at that time was the U.S., not Canada, as I stated above in #4.

That would be logical. We got the Canadian cars here in NZ by virtue of being a Commonwealth country where Japan doesn't have that tie.

The Ford facility there at that time was located in Yokohama, not surprisingly on the waterfront with its own pier for unloading it imports.
