Bridge washer installation
Is the bridge washer necessary if using a Coker inner tube that comes with the metal stem already attached or is the primarily used if cutting in your own metal stem to replace the rubber one?

Re: Bridge washer installation
Brattons metals stem inner tubes come with a bridge washer and nut. What does Coker say about their metal stem tubes? Are we comparing apples to apples here?

Re: Bridge washer installation
It helps center the valve stem in the groove and keeps it from turning when the rim nut is installed.
