You should be able to see through the glass and see which 2 filament ends go to a single contact. If that isn't possible, then I'd use a battery charger and connect until you determine which one is ground. If I find my bulb I'll take a look.

Just found my bulb, and looking at your picture, the terminal on the far left is ground.

Should have two red wires. Left/right
Center is black At least on mine
