Default 14" hand crank extension?

In a tool kit i bought (Not the nice one), I got a 2 piece hand crank. The extension has the 4 sided end where it connects to the handle. It is 14" long and too short for a 32. Any one know what year it is? I'd be willing to swap it for a longer one.

You might check with Lin Stacey, the EFV8 Club's tool advisor. He's at [email protected]
