Default Wanted '38 Tonner Rear Fender

I had an individual call me the other day who is looking for a right rear fender for his recently found '38 Tonner. He was told about an article on my '38 Tonner and called me to see if I had any ideas where he might find one. I did give him one name to check out. However, since he's not on the Internet, most of my other reference points are of little value to him. He still does things old school over the phone and through meets, which there have been none of recently.

Do any of you have any ideas where body parts for a '38 Ford might be found? The rear fenders on the Tonner 1938 through 1941 were essentially the same. The one difference is that the '38 Tonner right rear fender had no dimple or dish to allow mounting the spare tire on the passenger side of the vehicle. The gas filler tube doesn't allow enough clearance for a spare without the dimple in the right rear fender. The 3/4 ton truck from 1939 through 1941 is also a potential donor vehicle.

The fenders on the Tonner are very different from those on the half ton commercial vehicles.

I'd appreciate any ideas which I could pass on to him.
