We had scavenger pipes in Ohio and a had them on a 55 Customline I Block 6 with split manifold. Split 2 & 4, sounded like a V8 at idle. Had to be at work, no time for mufflers, so straight pipes with scavengers. Yes, got nailed on the way home from work. Mufflers the next day & when i took it for inspection, the Trooper said; "man that thing sounds cool"
Yup, the good ole days. |
