Can someone sell me that part that I can't find ?

Any help would be great

Those don't look like the side gear thrust washers used in the Dana 41 & 44. What rear axle does this pickup have in it?

The axles in the Dana 41/44 are 19-spline types and are held in place in the housing with the locked on bearings bolted in with side plates. The axles don't normally move around since they a splined into the side gears in the differential carrier case. Only the side gears have the 8M-4228 thrust washers and they are pretty large washers by comparison to the photos. They certainly don't look like those in the photos.

Here is the complete list of parts for 48-50 F-1's. It would be a Dana 41 unless someone has changed it out.

This is a rear axle from a 1951 F1, axle shaft broke... when openning the rear axle in order to change the shaft, the washers were there, next to the locker unit...

Here is a 1948-52 axle from Van Pelt's site. I only see two washers 8M-4230 3/4" ID 1 21/32" OD and 8M-4228 1 41/64" ID 2 13/16 OD.

It sounds like someone put a later rear axle in the 51 but it could still be a Dana 44. If it has 19 spline axle shafts then it would be a 1955 or older D44. Lockers can be put in the D44 but those are aftermarket parts. A person would have to find out what unit it has to find parts for the locker set up.

They do look like thrust blocks for a D44 Detroit Locker. They are available from several sources for around $25. A lot of lockers are for the later 30 spline axles.
