A weekend trip to Fårö
Me and my wife Annika picked up our friends Kerstin and Lennart and their 1930 Model A.
First stop, some breakfast. They hang on! *Limestone. We have 93 medieval churches on the island. On the ferry to Fårö. A stop to look at some Volvo PV Cars from the early 50's I think! VW bug. At Kutens. In memory of James Dean. |

Galettes.
If you ever come by, try this very tasteful! Flea market I have to tell you this, sometime in the 60's Lennart's father bought the car, bought was not the right word, the lady who would sell the car needed a fridge, so Lennart's dad bought a refrigerator to the lady. Would it work today? My next life will probably be like a cat. Small farm sales. Small roads at Fårö. Elsis Cafe, at Kutens. They say it's a bookstore, but I did not watch many books! ........ Some big truck visit Kutens. Yard art, at Kutens. Breakfast at Elsis Cafe. Last edited by 40Pickup; 11-15-2015 at 02:32 PM. |

Coffee at Sylvis Daughters bakery, nice bakery.
On the road, way home. Some baguettes at Själsö bakery. oops, I caught myself! Some coastal images. Sometimes you need to stop! Happy home again! Thanks Jorgen. |

Re: A weekend trip to Fårö
Looks like a beautiful country. I saw the pics of the old Saab there in the garage and as a kid in the early 70s , we used to have a few here in town. Don't see any around here now.
