Default We have lost another, Steve Ciccalone passed yesterdayterday

No details, but it is confirmed. A huge loss to the AMCA and antique motorcycle community as well as the model a community. I am in shock and will truely miss him. God bless those he left....

I'm shocked at hearing of Steve's passing.... Only met him once to buy a Tudor body a couple of months back. While I was there he gave me the grand tour . He was very knowledgeable and I'm sure he will be missed in the Model A and Motorcycle community.Nice guy ... prayers go out to his family

That is a real loss, I too never had the opportunity to meet Steve personally, but always enjoyed his posts, and he was always willing to share information and advice on the very early Model A via email. A real loss to the Model A community worldwide. My heart goes out to his family and friends during this difficult time.

this is terrible. He helped me with getting the detailing on my 150-B more original. I never met him in person, except for emails, but I could tell he was a great guy. What a terrible week for our community.

I am in total shock!!!!!! Met Steve at the French Lick Meet for the first time. I received a call from him 3 weeks before that meet needing a unrestored nice 3 X original plug for his unrestored coupe. I sent him 4 the next day and wished him luck. ONE HELL OF A REALLY NICE GUY!!!!!! And here i made plans with him to meet at Hershey..TRULY SHOCKED.He was not that old like Dave L. [What in the world is happening???] Makes me think at age 57...

I was not aquainted with Steve but read many of his posts. He was a Model A guy so he must have been a great person.
I lost one of my closest Model A pals last Nov. Still struggle with it.
Prayers for his friends and family.

That knocked the wind out of me big time and I don't know when it will come back. Steve and I talked almost every week about anything and everything. We talked for two hours on Thursday. Yesterday morning I left him a message to call me as soon as I got word about Dave. He didn't call back which had me concerned but I never dreamed this was the reason.

I'm not handling any of this very well.

As is the case with many who have posted, I never met Steve in person. But I have certainly learned from his posts on here. It is a sad week in the Model A world. He will be missed greatly. We will hold him and his family in our prayers.

Kind of reminds me when Chuck Shaw and some other 'barners all passed in what seemed like a one week stretch. All big losses.

I am in utter shock. Steve and I were talking on the phone Friday about Dave Lopes' passing. We talked about the early 28s that we both love. We laughed about seeing each othe in three weeks at Hershey and drinking a beer or two together.

Though he lived in New Hampshire he had been to my house several times and I had been to his. He always enjoyed a ribeye steak, a beer and a good laugh.

Steve was a man who would give you the shirt off his back or have your back in a brawl. He was like a brother to me. He was my brother.

I too am very shocked at this, talked and kidded with Steve all the time. The A hobby has lost 2 great people with his passing and Dave's. Always looked foward to sitting down with Steve and talking about his A's and motorcycles and of course drinking them beers.
We will all have to hoist a beer at Hershey this year in remembrance of Steve.
