Default Bob Drake rear anti-sway kit 1935-40

The small print on this says 35/36 needs to use 37-48 rear end. Can anyone tell me where the difference is that makes it incompatible with stock 35?

And a '37-'40 rear end with torque tube, drive shaft and spring essentially bolts-in dimensionally. That leaves brakes and wheel bolt pattern as about the only details to be addressed. DD

Little hard to see, but this might show the differences.

Deuce lover tells me he fitted this kit to a 36 and it only needed a couple of brackets welded to the radius rods. Not so easy to find a 37 rear end here.
