Check on CraigsList. That is where I found a number of 'Moble Mechanic' listed. Then you just have to 'screen' them to see who best fits your problem.

Turlock is home to the Modesto A's, one of the largest and oldest Model A Clubs in the state. If you are not already a member, you should join their club. They are a chapter of MAFCA - the Model A Club of America. You should have no trouble finding someone in the group who would be glad to help.

Sometimes some simple medical advice can save cost on a Doctor visit. What are your symptoms?

I have a friend who lives around the Turlock area and he's not very mechanical. His Model A ccpu blew a head gasket and he has a rear main leaking. If I didn't live so far I would do it. Thought I would check and see if I could get a recommendation. Does anybody know Reeds old shop name and phone number? I heard he is pretty good. Thanks in advance guys.

Reed's son in law, Joe Sivilis, now runs the business; it is called Turlock Machine, Joe's telephone number is (209) 495-1689; he is at the same location, 10821 Cortez Avenue; his residence is in Turlock; he does excellent work and still specializes in rebuilding A and T engines.
