Default New dual straight pipe exhaust with sound!

Took my '49 F1 to a local shop this morning to have a new exhaust put on. They did a great job and I am very pleased with their work. I have tube headers and had them run straight pipe exhaust but had them make it easy in case I want to cut in a set of mufflers. I like the sound. It barks a little when you get after it but it's not too loud in the cab. Enjoy the video. Crank your speakers!

Nice, but I will stick to gutted mufflers. They sound sweet but not loud.

My avatar is running open pipes. Loud at takeoff and acceleration, but pretty quiet at cruising speed .....

Chris when you rev that up and it starts to idle down you can hear the spring psi on those valves, just right.

You gonna bring that down to Bonney Eagle this year? Scott

Would you expect any less from Walt? :-) When is Bonney Eagle? My father is doing a 35 PU with a 59ab that Walt did. Hope to have it going early summer. It's getting painted and put together now.

Mufflers just make it cost more. That is a great sounding truck! I have dual straights on my '47 2 ton. Only the guy behind me has to worry about it........
