Default 36 frame from a 60 motor

Is a frame from a 60hp car fit a normal motor?
It is a '37 and I want to put a '36
into it.

Yes, take out the 60 front mount brackets and drop it in.

.

Like Bill says above, remove the wimpy V8-60 mounts that merely rivet to the "REGULAR" chassis front crossmembers. Once you remove the "60" brackets, you'll see the big holes for the 'big' engine mounts. DD

After removal, the biscuits and donut mounts for the 'big' engine just fall into place. Hope this helps! DD

I believe the tranny's in a 60 are different as are the rear end ring and pinion.
