Default Cowl, firewall & windshield

Sorry to have to ask here but I got this cowl with some Model A parts. Anyone know what it is? Has a circle with 4 straight lines coming out like a mini sunburst on the firewall.

Roadster62, you are the man! I looked on images on Yahoo and 1926 and 1927 Dodge is the winner. Thanks. It is hard to sell something when you don't know what it is.
