Are you using the reproduction aluminum or reproduction Steel? The process to do it successfully differs greatly.

We used a straight length from United Pacific.
After tack-welding a section of 1 inch tube vertically to the welding table, the first attempt to heat the rain-gutter with a torch and bend it around the tube FAILED. The gutter wrinkled.
The second attempt used the same tube on the table and gently created the curve by keeping the flat portion on the table and bending the gutter slowly around the tube at room temperature. This worked very well and recommend this process for United Pacific rain gutter.

When I had my delivery conversion done at Kemp's the rear door drip rail came preformed from a guy out west. When we built my Vicky it needed new drip rails so we took some cherry ones off a 4 door I was parting out and the body shop reshaped them to fit the Vicky. If you want I can put you in touch with the shop that did the rails.

Well i must say i did a fine job getting the drip edge bent. i used a brake rotor. bolted a flat plate to the wheel stud holes then drilled a center hole in the middle of the rotor. took a piece of heavy flat stock an bolted to the rotor. for the front bend i use the small hub, set the gutter on it which is leveled off with lead. then took a bearing 11/2 tall and bolted tight to the lead on the handle. just held the loose end with a c clamp and rolled it right out. took awhile kept trying it. anyways done and looks good.
