Default 1940 Fordor rear window glass & regulators

Need to take another drink from this great fount of knowledge. Trying to replace the fuzzy "whiskers" around the glass on the rear doors of my 40 Fordor. Can't figure out how to get the glass detached from the regulator so I can remove the old fuzzies.
All help and knowledge is most appreciated. dw

I'm assuming you have pulled your door panels. Unbolt the regulator and drop it and the glass down into the door. You may have to tip the regulator and glass upward so you can slide the regulator off the glass track. Top the glass at 90 degrees upward and pull the glass out the top of the door.
