Re: Fat Guy's Only!!! Roadster
PeteC,
Nice Coupe. Yours is the first 1935 3-window I have ever seen.

Re: Fat Guy's Only!!! Roadster
Well, I guess at least "upsized" people enjoy better ride quality on rough roads.

Re: Fat Guy's Only!!! Roadster
My 68C Cabriolet's door is MUCH longer than that of a roadster. I have had no trouble getting in or out both before and after getting knee replacements. Hope this helps.

Re: Fat Guy's Only!!! Roadster
Went to lunch with my friend on its first run in his 35 3-winow street rod. It is a Ford in body only with chevy drive train and a 400hp + crate motor. Acceleration G forces snaps you back into the seat. NOT something I have to worry about with my 29 tudor!

I used a pair of stripped down office chairs sitting flat on the floor and it turned out to be the most comfortable set up I've ever had in a Roadster! Plenty of room to get in and out as well as allowing me plenty of legroom. I' let a giant of a friend 6' 4" 300 lbs drive my car and after he squeezed himself in there he was very comfortable behind the wheel... but it was a different story getting him out! The first shot is in the rough and the next was with bomber seats which offered more room but less comfort. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/Th8IXITh6aw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Last edited by Wingnutz; 12-31-2014 at 03:20 AM. |

Re: Fat Guy's Only!!! Roadster
I have never seen a Fat Man Wheel for a Model A.
