Yep i bought 6 sets today from NAPA and there was only enough parts for three sets. I returned the three partial sets and order 6 more.

I bought points from NAPA about 15 years ago and it was the same way. I had to order 3 sets to get one complete one. The only charged me for the one set but things obviously haven't changed

Well, I thought they had reformed! Do what I did: Buy at NAPA online, email them with the specifics of what's missing. They sent me the required number of whichever of the four pieces it was that were not included. The picture on the site showing a complete set helped...

Bruce , My guy at Napa has been great. Now we order six sets at a time and he checks each and every box to make sure we get the right parts.
NAPA has been the best contact point by a long shot!!

When I went through all of this by email, the guy was at first incredulous...he didn't believe that I actually need FOUR things in the box until I showed hin the NAPA pic on the website. I actually also showed hin the 6-cyl one as well, to prove that they had sent too much for the six and too little for the eight. They seem to have no problem now fixing individual problems, but obviously have not bactracked to the source yet...
