Default Timing the Tudor

Can anyone please help, I am trying to get the timing spot on with my '32 Tudor, which has Divers Helmet distributor. I prefer to do it on the car, so have marked TDC of no. 1 cylinder on the crank pully, and my static mark is the cross member just in front of the pulley. I can then use my timing light to get a good reading.

I would like to know how many crank shaft degrees the timing moves when the points plate adjuster is moved over its complete span. So then I can work out how much it should move for each little mark on the adjuster.

Thanks, Tom.
