Can somebody shed some light as to what these people are thinking?
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=JSDQ4BcIiWc
I have seen several trials videos online that involve old cars. This is the first one i have seen with model A’s. Im all about doing what you want with what is yours and i would never tell any of these cars owners that they shouldnt do this, but why do they?

They're English.

Oh it definitely looks like fun. I guess i was just surprised to see it being done with nearly 100 year old cars.

It does look like fun.
It seems like the lighter weight phaetons did better than the heavier sedans. |

An early form of mud bog racing. (very popular today)
The faster you hit it, the better chances of making it through. |

I wondered about that. There are both LH and RH drive cars.

Re: Can somebody shed some light as to what these people are thinking?
Because it's fun
It's a Model A and how you drive it is your version of fun I would never do that to my car, but my car wasn't built for that Just think of all the hours just getting your Modal A ready to climb muddy hills These guys are dedicated to their version of fun

In south Louisiana, when I was 15 I had a '29 roadster and me and my buddies would take it out and try to get it stuck. What fun. We always made it back. Fun in 1950.

Re: Can somebody shed some light as to what these people are thinking?
All good points. I guess right when i seen the videos i was picturing myself taking my model A through some mud holes. I think i’ll keep my A on the asphalt and save the mud for my atv’s. Dont get me wrong, it does look like fun. Id rather use your model A to do it though.
