I've never seen individual parts for 35/36 windshield regulaters available from our major parts suppliers, but they must have been available somewhere since there was a guy in Massachusetts who rebuilt these winders for years, but has since passed away, Maybe try Joe's Antique Auto Parts in Massachusetts. He may have parts or know of a source, possibly nos parts.
Another option would be to buy the complete repro assembly from Bob Drake, or C&G which Jeff has mentioned above. I installed one in my 35 fordor sedan four years ago. Fits and works perfectly. I bought two more on sale to use in my other cars.

Found this listed in Bob Drakes on line catalog:

If I may, John. What about the upper hinges? I'm not sure mine are correct. Thank you

Tinker, are you working on a 35/36 passenger car? Not sure if anyone is making/selling repros of those upper hinges. Maybe post a picture of what you have so we can take a look.

it's a 5w just like the first poster has.

My hinges look more like a "plate" type hinge, different then what I have on my 38 ford truck. They work okay, was just wondering if they were correct.

I'll post a picture tomorrow.
