Default 1936 ford drums value

What would four very good 1936 ribbed drums (no grooves) and four good wide five wheels be worth?

Can you translate "good" into thousandths oversize? Are all of the threads on the studs good? Be sure to advertise on HAMB as the wide five wheels are becoming popular with that group.

Times two what Charlie said. Boat anchors or gold.

I probably go through 5-6 sets of those drums to find one set still servicable. I just put tires on my 36 and went through 9 wide 5 wheels to find 4 with good bolt holes, and one of them is missing a clip.

I bought two NOS 37-39 drums last year (a front and a rear) for $150. 36 front drums are one year only with a longer snout, so that makes them a little more rare.

Wide 5 rims are the same (or will interchange) 36 - 39. I usually don't pay more than $25 a rim for them. I bought a set of 4 a few weeks ago for $100. I bought a set four years ago with front drums and rear backing plates for $125... Your milage may vary.

I'd say those 36 drums (if they're within spec) are going to be worth a bunch more than the rims are, though if you're not in a rush, the right buyer will be out there...

I bought 2 NOS 36 drums on e-bay a few years ago, the min bid was 19.95, put my max at 120, got them for 19.95

Nos rears have been more elusive
