...For a 33 Ford 2 door sedan door; Are the 33 and 34 2 door regulators the same? and interchangeable?

I thought, in 34, only the Deluxe had the window that slid back(smokers window). And therefore had a different regulator.

I believe all 34 closed cars whether std or deluxe had regulators that moved the glass back. The doors, all had the vertical web in the back of the window opening to allow for the glass to move back, opening a vent in the front. Not sure about 3w coupes.

as noted 1933 and 1934 are all different, but in each year coupes and sedans use the same regulator. Late 1932 regulators are similar to 1933 and can be adapted by changing the spacer length between the door panel and the regulator body. 1934 is somewhat by itself, unless you consider the carryover of the 1935-36 tudor quarter window.

Karl,

Speaking of the spacer difference between '32 and '33 window regulators, you've no doubt noticed that some sources, like Vintique, describe their '33 reproductions as for both '32 and '33, which they are not.

I don't want to hijack this thread. Would some of you be willing to help me identify some parts? The first being a window regulator. Then a window frame and a couple of trim pieces.

1940 Convert,

Sure, but it is probably best to start a new thread so as to attract a wider audience.
