Head light reflectors
My head light reflectors are really oxidized and dingy, what are you guys doing to rescue the reflectors and make them shine again? One headlight had a broken lens for quite a while.

Re: Head light reflectors
This is the guy you want to contact:
Uvira Laser Optics-POBox 1137 -10 Pleasant Valley Road- Merlin OR. 97532 541-474-5050 Can't remember his name but he had a stroke several years ago and may be a little hard to understand. Hopefully he is still in business. He will tell you to go to a chrome shop and have your reflectors nickel plated (NOT CHROME PLATED). Send those nickel plated reflectors to him and he does some kind of a aluminum vacuum seal. He has a propriety process on this. He does a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Reflection is great and they never need shined again. Hopefully he's still around. You won't be disappointed. |
