Default A Good Product From Mac's...

We give Mac's Old Billy H--- when they send us inferior Chinese parts, so we should give them credit when credit is due. I bought a transmission floor cover some time ago for my `51 F1 and today I put it in place, all the screw holes were pre-drilled and aligned with the existing holes. The three holes for the accelerator pedal were not pre-drilled. I am well pleased.

BTW, the cover was made in the good ol' USA!!

I got my ignition parts from Macs, they were American and they were good. I've had other stuff that was inferior, so 50/50 for me.

So far so good with Mac's....except one tool. The adjustable lifter tool....broke it first try. But in their defense, it was hard moving the adjuster screw with a 1 foot breaker bar.........hopefully they wil stay adjusted.

No complaints on Mac's product quality.
Inventory control (wrong ID labels on parts) and erratic shipping need some improvement.

I have been pretty happy with their products. I don't like when I make a large order and one or two things are out of stock and they don't tell you, then charge you for shipping the product later. I think if it is out of stock when you order, they should ship if for free. That's my main complaint, it happened to me twice before I started asking if everything is in stock when I order. They charged me $ 9.00 to mail a $5.00 brochure that was out of stock.

They like most other venders have good and not so good parts but it sure is nice when you get what fits and works like it should.
