Bohnalite Heads
City:
Roanoke
State:
va
Price:
1250
Y'all have seen my posts on here offering the Kearney heads for 33-36 Fords. I still have some of thse heads left but also just aquired some Bohnalite Racing heads. These heads are similar in construction to the stock heads I have but they have the "Bohnalite" logo cast into them.
At the Indy 500 in 1934, a 21-stud Ford flathead - the Bohnalite Special - sat on the grid. But, on Lap 11 it hit oil and went over the wall. These heads are perfect for anyone building a period correct racecar or rod. You'll probably not see these heads offered again. Once these are sold. Kearney is not making them anymore. Shipping is free in lower 48 states. Credit cards or paypal accepted. Note: I have pics but due to the fact that I cant figure out how to make them the right size I cant post them. I'll be happy to forward pics upon request. [email protected] Bohnalite heads are all sold. Only one set of 35-6 heads left. Last edited by lowride; 10-10-2018 at 08:46 AM. |

Re: Kearney heads
I’m back, still available, i have only one 1935-36 set of heads and a few 1933-34 heads left. These heads are just about the only new, reproduction heads left in existence. The price is $1250. Delivered, in lower 48 states. Payment can be via check, PayPal. Or credit card. The heads have been machined for dome pistons which will create a relatively minor drop in compression when used with flat top pistons. These are not for you if you’re going to race but will work fine in a show or parade car, and even in a driver. I have used them on a 36 wagon with no adverse problem.
I cannot figure out how to post pics on this site, but will happily forward pics upon request. Thank you |
