Did the 1931 pickup have license plate clamps? I have seen several with the headlight bar drilled, thanks

They had clamps from the factory, like other models. I don't trust them so install the clamps but put those bolts thru the plate.

Except for the stamped headlight bars with the slots for mounting the front license plates. These were used for a short time from May through August 1930.
