Thanks for posting. I really enjoyed that trip "down memory lane."
A couple things I noted.
1 - Seems like a lot of folks put tires and wheels from other cars on their model A's. I guess it's like when we put mags on our Mustangs and Camaros.
2 - Didn't anyone wash their cars back then?

Probably due to depression and using what you had. Shortly after the depression we were in WWII where again you used what was available due to rationing.
The custom wheel market didn't appear until after WWII when the hot rod era started.

Some famous people in there. Ezra Meeker, FDR were two that jumped out at me. Anyone know who the giant is?

My father said back in WWII, you bought a car for the tires not for it's looks. I miss him and his Model A Pick-Up stories. His stories got me into Model As some 50 years ago.

The tall man in the picture was Robert Wadlow. He lived from 1918 to 1940 and was recorded to be the world's tallest man at 8' 11". My mind is full of worthless facts.
