Default Rear Shade Placement

Installing a rear shade for an early 1930 Coupe. How close to the window frame should this be installed? Info not clear in Judging Standards.
Thanks

I believe all rear window frames were the same demention for 28-29's and 30-31's. (someone please correct me if I am wrong).

If that is the case that they are all the same, and I used the original holes for the attachment of my original brackets for the original shade itself, and when the window frame is placed and secured in the car itself, then here are the following measurements:

Measureing UP from the BOTTOM (horizontal) line of the frame (when secured in the car), the BOTTOM hole of the window shade bracket is 10-11/16 inches and OUT from the SIDE (vertical) line of the frame 3/8 inches.

This measurement is on both sides of the frame when both brackets are installed (1929 Standard Coupe).

Had to measure this way as the shade itself was blocking the upper corner measurements.

If someone has a 30-31...what are your measurements?

Frame for 28-29 is A-47068-A; (11-3/4 x 24-3/4)

Frame for 30-31 is A-47068-C. (???? x ????)

So there must be a difference between the "A" and "C" frames???.

Anyone?
