What I call mine depends on how well it's going or how serious the trouble if it's not. I won't repeat them here!

Before My Dad Got his 29 Sport Coupe he had an 1917 Dodge that he drove during the Depression when he could keep it running.

He Called it "DUN-BUSTED"

"Chester", my car had fairly blinding orange wheels when I bought it, rose beige car with no pinstripe, made me think of Cheetos. And their mascot is Chester cheetah, and I think the name Chester is a name you don't hear often with kids now days. Now all that's left is the Orange pinstripe, enjoying the black wheels =]

In recent years, I have taken to calling my standard black Tudor "Miss Annie"...mostly as it reminds me of a prim and proper conservative old lady and the name starts with "A"...... and I thought it just ought to have a name starting with the letter "A". It was not a family car, as my family had all passed away before I acquired the car, so there was nothing sentimental there.
There was a lady at my church back in the fifties named Annie, an old maid schoolteacher who wore a black flat brim hat, high top lace-up shoes and a black dress.

Named her Nancy after the former owner's wife who refused to go near the car for 20 years he owned it. Our '25 Ford was missing a headlight, so we named her Betty Ford.

In 1953 I bought a coupe and named it "Edsel". Then 4 years later FoMoCo took away that honor. In 1960 I sold Edsel and bought an un-named roadster that I still have.

My 29 Tudor Sedan is named Puddles it was named by a former girl friend of mine 42 years ago. I was always hit every puddle I could find when I was driving it.
My best friend in high school still has a Model A named Henrietta by his father and
uncle when they drove it to college in the late 40's
Hi have a 1915 Ford Model T my mother named Minkie as my father bought it and she
never got a mink coat she wanted.
I have a Model T speedster called: Nas T, a touring named Miss T.
The other cars have no names...

Minerva was named for Minerva Silkwood, one of Pat's FARAWAY relatives, in Lincoln County, Illinois. In Roman Mythology, Minerva was the Godess of WISDOM & WAR!
Vermin was one of the names I could "make up" from extra, left over letters from M-I-N-E-R-V-A! Also because Buster T. is a RAT TERRIER & is a natural born RODENT & SNAKE killer!
When I buy me a Hot Rod, it'll be named, RATT-GASS! My Truck is KADOTA & my Scooter is just, RAT!
My name is MUDD W.

I named my 29 Phaeton Flora -Now the reason is probably is going to take a bit of explaining and hopefully won't offend to many . Flora was a well known New Zealand Madam in the 1950's-60's (before I was born!) and in the Queens English a brothel is colloquially known as a 'Knocking Shop" The 29 had lots of rod knock . Seeing she was doing so much knocking I called her Flora
