Default 29 pickup top wood bolts

I bought a new top wood kit for my 29 pickup from an individual that had it several years and never used it. I was wondering if there is a list of the bolts needed to install it. Thanks for any help.

You didn't state whether your pickup is a CCPU or open pickup. An open pickup only has a small amount of wood on the top (top bows and belt rail), so I assume you have a 29 CCPU like I do. Do you have Les Andrew's Mechanic's book (vol 2)? It lists the bolts and screws to install the top wood. I have the book and took a picture of the page with the fasteners. I am not sure the screws are correct as I think some are #12's, not #10's. This should help you install the top wood.

Thank you very much, I do have the closed cab. So do I need a copy of that book for other things as well? My truck is missing quite a bit, for instance I don't have any brackets or whatever for the top either, if any are required.
I do appreciate the help .

There aren't many brackets that I know of on the top, mostly just wood and fasteners. If I remember correctly, the brackets are attached to the top of the A pillar and the top of the backpanel. There isn't much in the Les Andrews' Vol 2 for CCPU's except the section concerning the top wood instillation - the first page I posted above. I wouldn't purchase it just for the top wood section. I took pictures of the CCPU top wood section of Les' book and sent them to another Fordbarner a few years ago. If you want the nine pages from his book, send me your email address via an email (or PM) and I will attach them to a return email to you. I assume you know how to do an email or PM via the Fordbarn site.
