19 inch wheel, am told rear bumpers were not an option/offered too. That one is a dissapointemnt for my point of view

Even though pickups didn’t come with rear bumpers, many of us (me included) have added rear bumpers. I’ve gone a bit further and added a trailer hitch and back-up lights as well.

The body style change occurred in June of 1930. With this in mind most all of 1930 production was the '29 style sheet metal.
