Default FYI high speed miss

In my newly acquired Ford instruction manual, also in modelabasics.com
High speed miss check for fuel flow. I had three fuel filters, a glass sediment after the firewall shut off ( late 31 indented ), cast iron side bowl filter, and a inlet filter in the carb. I removed the filter in the glass sediment, removed the inlet filter in the carb. When for a test ride on the same road as before, and the high speed miss is gone! At lease for now. In a past thread Mike K suggested that the side bowl filter was all that is needed, and easy to clean by opening the petcock in the bottom of the filter! Thanks Mike,modelabasics.com,and RogerV for selling me the instruction manual !
