Re: Drake Free Shipping:
I run the service department in a small Ford dealership and you'd be surprised how many parts are on back order right now. Industry wide problem.

Re: Drake Free Shipping:
The dealer needed to replace the windshield washer pump on my 2018 Ford Taurus. The pump is made in China, and covered on warranty, but none in Canada for a few weeks! I was told the same pump is used on late model F150's, but none in stock, except for a half dozen in the USA. I guess Drake, Carpenter and other EFV8 suppliers do pretty well in supplying a niche market.

Re: Drake Free Shipping:
Yes 51, it's not only a niche market, but a market with an aging customer base, with very few young people willing to "pick up the ball and run with it". I just read that Walker Radiator is closing shop. Drake and Carpenter have been the "go to" guy's for early Ford parts for years and if they close, I can't imagine who will fill the void.
