Smile 1935 distributers

Hi Guys, I was wondering how to check a dist. from a 1935 ford, I don't have spark to the plugs. Is there a way to check the coil and condenser, the points are opening and closing. It has a stock distributer in it as is the original motor it is showing 44,000 miles on the odometer. Thanks Ron. If it is easier to email me it is [email protected] again.

An easy check is to see if there is a drop on the amp meter when you turn on the ign,and crank the engine, you should see it fluctuate if the points are opening and closing.
