I called them and asked the price to resurface, lighten a flywheel and convert to a V8 clutch. Their price was over twice what I paid another machine shop to do it.

I have talked with Joe at Turlock Machine a few times regarding an engine I need rebuilt and he is a straight forward business guy. He offers old fashion personal service (he answers his phone) and fair competitive prices for excellent work. He came highly recommended to me by several long time area A'ers who swear by his work and turn around time.

I have the what is left of one of their engines on the shelf out in my garage. I got tired of fixin' their POS and put a "real" engine in my truck.
