Default Re: Right Hand Drive F1 steering box questions

I got my answer - from James at Joblot:

The teeth of the roller are cut straight, therefore it can be interchanged into both a LHD and RHD box. It is only the configuration of the sector shaft as an assembly-the angle/shape in which this roller sits in the actual sector shaft, which determines if it is LHD or RHD drive

The teeth on the roller in my sector shaft have small grooves on them, so I figure its best to replace it whilst the steering box is apart.
