Default Re: What do I need to do to get a reliable engine?

My daughters will sit in it but not under it or on it .But one is 48 and the other is 32 so maybe I will have to wait for a grand daughter but she is 3 .Lovely pics get the next generation interested !!! At swap meets there are good cheap engines pulled from cars to make room for a small block ,check for general cleanliness and ahead and astern float on the crank ,yank on the pulley . I have done thousands of miles on engines from rod projects , 3 of my cars have them I stay at a happy cruising 45 MPH .

John in no weather today Suffolk County England .
