I will be painting two wheel well fenders. My question is what color is the under side of the wheel well painted? Is it painted black like the frame or is it painted the color of the fender.

Black like the fender. The whole fender was dipped and then hung to dry.

Were they just dipped once or multiple times? Bet there was an art/science to the prep, mix viscosity.
