46 Ford Woodie front door vertical window channel

I am finishing the restoration of my 1946 Ford Woodie wagon and am trying to find the stainless steel front window track for the driver's side front door. I am also still missing the correct spring that attaches from the right rear inner fender to the inside of the tailgate. I hope someone can help me with these couple of parts.
