Default Need guidance on installing correct floor & firewall finishes

I'd like to install proper carpet or whatever flooring should be on the firewall & floor of my '30 Tudor. As you can see from the attached picture, there are holes that I need to cover somehow...I assume these are not original? I'd also like to make the car quieter, a lot of noise comes through the large hole and firewall. I intend to install sound deadening mats of some type.

Other than sound deadening mats I'd like to keep it original...where do I go to find information, and particularly the correct finishing materials? Is there a supplier known for making the recommended flooring/firewall covering?

LeBaron Boney or Cartouche seems like the typical go to's on the site, I've personally used LeBaron Boney products and was very happy with what they provided for my 28 sport coupe. The firewall is originally painted the same colour as the lower body colour. There are kick panels for inside the cowl on the left and right side

Cut 2 circles of metal and screw them together over the hole. Bratton's, Snyder's, and Bert's sell a firewall pad that works great to keep out heat and much noise.

The large hole looks like it was cut into the firewall for some sort of exhaust manifold heater . What ever sheetmetal patch you use be sure to seal it to the firewall to prevent fumes from entering.

The restoration and judging standards sold by the vendors for the dead on Ford stuff.
