How do you remove door glass and channel out of 1933 Ford pickup door?

It comes straight out the top after you remove the door top panel.

Crank it up to where the end hole in the channel lines up with the end of the regulator arm and pop it out

Krylon, The travel stops before I hit the end of the travel. What am I doing wrong?

Undo the three regulator screws, slide it to the big hole end of the glass channel, pop it through, remove it through the big triangle hole in door. slide glass up and out of door top.

Flowmeister, Thanks the window is out. I do have another question. How do install the window channel, do you install bottom tab and then bend the top one over?
