Default '33 Pick Up cloth wiring input and recommendations

I am gearing up to wire my '33 Ford pick up.
I will be buying bulk lengths of wire and building the harness for the engine, and the dash.
I will be running typical 5 gauge dash. Mech speedo, oil, temp, volts, gas
Flathead, with generator, voltage regulator

My lighting wiring is all done with reproduction harnesses, so that isn't
involved in this.

The place local that I can buy the cloth wire is a couple days away, so I would
like to order enough to do it ,without having a spool of each laying around after.
So, what i'm hoping to get input and recommendations on is,
As a starting point , what lengths of what gauge, and colors the engine
and dash circuits should use.
I just want it to look as "correct" as I can

I have studied the wiring diagram on Van Pelts site and have a fairly good idea.
But, I have seen some beautiful traditional wiring here and any advice from
those that have done it would be appreciated.

Thank You for any input.
