Default B Block - Diamond

Just aquired another B block, the casting date is 127, so 1937 or 1947. It has hardened valve seats on the int. and ex. and it has cam bearings. Were cam bearings added in later castings? My other Diamond B doesn't have inserted bearings.

I've never seen one with cam bearings. Check the cam bearing size, in the old days it was common for racers to use 10 under bearings, to insure the cam is straight after a performance grind was put on it.
