Click on the upper left menu, select to use your own photo, find it, click on use this, then OK. You can also change the number of pieces. You can also select just the edge pieces to start the puzzle. Fun.

Upper left menu where? When I click on the button to add a message there is an icen to insert an image, but then that URL window pops up... The left icon is "remove text formatting"....
