ive got a buddy locally here in PA thats ben stripping for over 30 years. he showed me some proper techniques on the door of my Model A at the last car show. He does great work but also takes great pay. He wants $300 to paint the back of my vintage leather jacket.

Back in the day (1960) my great uncle told me one day that he used to stripe the fords as they came off the line. He pulled out all his old brushes which he called pencils and the old guy could still stripe some paint. Over that summer he taught me and I got pretty good. Used to do a lot of my buddies cars and trucks. Then I got married...........end of my story !
