Default Covid- Club Meetings, tours etc.??

Ok all you Clubies..... with the Covid situation how have your Clubs been handling meetings, tours, breakfasts, lunches, dinners etc. Just curious as to what others are doing to keep their Club as active as possible.
The Rock-Ford-A's have had some tours that ended up in State Parks and Botanical Gardens with an attraction to see and then a picnic lunch that all provided for themselves. We all sat within shouting distance and still had a good time. We have also had some great picnic/parties at a local park where we could all social distance and play bingo, Model A car games and of course eat! Meetings have been our biggest problem. So tell us........... what are you doing

Sometimes driving the back roads you run into a place you didn't know about and sometimes there is a great story to be told

Hello Neighbor,

The club I am in, Wisconsin Region MARC based out of the Madison WI area, still has meetings. We wear masks and social distance. Attendance is way down, maybe 10-15 people including officers, and we discontinued the pot luck lunches at meetings. We still put out our monthly newspaper.

Last month we had our "Covid V Tour", 5th tour of the season. Started in McFarland to Korth Park by Lake Mills which is a really nice/beautiful fairly new county park overlooking Rock Lake. Had a prepackaged lunch of sandwiches/ vending machine sized potato chips, etc., then drove back.
We meet at a parking lot somewhere, have a pre-planned local tour, usually about 3 or 4 hours total. October will probably be the last one this year. We usually have 10-12 As show up.

The Greater Baltimore MOdel A club is doing a covered Bridge tour of Frederick MD tomorrow. Three bridges and a bring your own picnic lunch. It should be fun.
