I read in the Body Parts List that A-168235-BR Rail (roof) front, is made for the 170-B ,better known to me as the Header. Is this true?

My question is why is this number different then say the 45-B, 55-B? These three body styles look identical to the naked eye at the front of the roof. What are the differences in construction of these three body style Headers?
